Great Places Housing Group, a large housing provider managing almost 25,000 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and Derbyshire, needed to reduce payment-processing risk and support more flexible working. The new setup centralized payment runs, removed manual intervention, reduced fraud and error risk, and streamlined payroll and accounts payable.
