A AccessPay Case Study

Preview of the ITV Case Study

ITV save 25 hours a week managing corporate banking operations with AccessPay

ITV, a global broadcaster, needed a more flexible corporate banking solution to support thousands of payroll, supplier and talent payments each month and to centralise finance functions as the business grew. With their previous supplier contract ending, ITV selected AccessPay’s cash management platform to link their ERP, TMS and HCM systems to their banking estate and improve integration, security and operational efficiency across hundreds of subsidiaries.

AccessPay implemented a centralised platform connecting ITV to the SWIFT network and more than 10 banks, enabling payment processing in 20+ countries and access to schemes such as BACS, Faster Payments, SEPA and ACH. The result: ITV now manages cash and payments across 300 entities in 20 countries without scaling headcount, saves 4–6 hours a day (about 25 hours a week) by eliminating manual entry, achieves 95% faster reconciliation, gains intraday cash visibility and stronger controls through straight‑through processing and bank‑grade security.
