City Box Holding B.V., the largest self-storage operator in the Dutch market with 23 branches, faced growing payment and collection demands—processing thousands of Direct Debits and Direct Credits monthly—while coping with manual data entry, complex ERP-to-bank processes and the need for SEPA expertise.
