The Lesher Center for the Arts, a 4-theatre arts venue in Walnut Creek serving 350,000 patrons annually and presenting 600+ ticketed performances with 80+ producers, needed to streamline labor-intensive season package renewals and the processing of over 10,000 exchanges each year. Their previous ticketing vendor lacked the advanced online functionality, customizable pages and precise reporting the city-affiliated Center required, so they selected Accesso and its box office ticketing solution to address these challenges.
Accesso implemented online season package renewals, a Producer Portal, customizable ticketing templates and robust reporting tools, enabling the Center to move exchanges and renewals online and reduce manual work. As a result, the Center saw a 29% growth in online channel sales, an 84% reduction in box office training time (from 100+ hours to about two days), and now processes roughly 10,000 exchanges each season, with ongoing joint enhancements to further improve efficiency.
