A Accesso Case Study

Preview of the ShoWare Center Case Study

Boosting revenue and improving ROI with the accesso ShoWare Center

ShoWare Center, a 154,000-square-foot multipurpose arena operated by the City of Kent near Seattle, hosts more than 110 events annually and draws over 400,000 guests. Seeking long-term fiscal success and wanting to avoid high ticketing fees and slow settlement processes, arena management selected Accesso and its box office ticketing solution to gain flexible control, fan-friendly features and an improved revenue model.

Accesso implemented its box office ticketing solution and later the Accesso point of sale system to give the ShoWare Center complete in-house control, customizable fees and an intuitive shopping experience. By enabling free print-at-home tickets, reduced family-event fees and a low-fee structure, Accesso helped the venue drive greater ticket sales, remain competitive among 25 nearby venues and streamline operations—delivering measurable revenue growth and operational efficiency.
