Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, home to over 1,600 motorcycles and 80 cars, was struggling with a legacy ticketing system that couldn’t keep up with growing visitor demand from major events (up to 80,000 people over a race weekend) or provide needed reporting, dynamic pricing/bundles and retail capabilities. The museum partnered with Accesso and chose the Accesso Siriusware point-of-sale ticketing solution to support robust museum operations and event sales.
Using Accesso Siriusware, the museum rolled out flexible ticket packages, improved eCommerce marketing and gained richer reporting (including source-code tracking) to better understand admissions and comps. The Accesso implementation produced clear results: a 75% reduction in inventory-management time (from about 9 hours to 2), a 6% increase in online sales, and $5,000 raised through Round Up donations, while boosting staff productivity and enabling future scalability.
