The City of Corner Brook, NL needed a better way to track citizen issues and improve service for its 31,917+ residents, as its existing reporting process was not meeting staff needs. The city selected AccessE11 in September 2019 to modernize citizen issue management across departments.
AccessE11 was first rolled out to Public Works and Water & Wastewater, then expanded to Municipal Enforcement and other municipal departments. Using AccessE11’s case intake templates, mobile/web access, and real-time notifications, the city improved data consistency, simplified council reporting, enabled remote work during COVID-19, and reduced labour costs, with over 25 staff now using the platform regularly.
