Case Study: Perkins Coie streamlines records management and inventory control with Access

A Access Case Study

Preview of the Perkins Coie Case Study

Perkins Coie - Customer Case Study

Perkins Coie, a law firm with 19 offices across the United States and Asia, was managing records through one primary offsite storage vendor and several smaller vendors. The firm faced inconsistent service, confusing billing, and difficulty getting accurate inventory information across multiple accounts. Access, along with its FileBRIDGE platform, was brought in to help consolidate and streamline the firm’s offsite records management.

Access listened to Perkins Coie’s concerns and designed a smoother transition plan, including straightforward invoicing tailored to each local office and a single account structure for better inventory control. Access coordinated the move of approximately 152,000 boxes across seven locations over about a year, including tracking inventory in transit and managing multiple moves at once. The result was a highly successful transfer with improved service, clearer billing, and a more manageable records inventory, leaving Perkins Coie very satisfied with the transition to Access.
