Eclaro International, a business and technology consulting firm, needed a way to replace a labor-intensive, paper-based document process that was not scalable and did not support secure remote access for teams in the U.S. and the Philippines. To meet this challenge, they turned to Access and its CartaDC document management solution, integrated with Eclaro’s Microsoft Dynamics GP environment.

Access implemented CartaDC to digitize document workflows, improve collaboration between finance and human resources, and provide secure sharing and remote access with controls for printing, downloading, and forwarding. The result was that 95% of the formerly paper-intensive process became digital, labor costs were reduced, and Eclaro gained a more efficient and resilient way to manage and share sensitive documents from anywhere.
