TotalRewards Software, a company that sells software for creating employee compensation packets for HR departments, wanted to increase sign-ups for its “Free Edition” and convert more free users into paying customers on its new platform. To help meet that challenge, it worked with Access Marketing Company (AMC) to strengthen customer communication and improve the performance of its marketing efforts.

The results included a rise in unique pageviews from 522 to 2,229, an increase in average time on page from 0:50 to 2:00, and a 10.6% free sign-up conversion rate, along with reported performance gains of +427% and +240%.
