Using Access finance and accounting software helped Adlib grow into a £11million turnover company

Adlib, a growing audio services business, needed a scalable finance and accounting system that could handle increasing transaction volumes and integrate with bespoke, industry-specific software. Following recommendations, Adlib selected the Access Group and deployed Access finance and accounting software—including Access Dimensions, Access Expenses/FocalPoint and stock management—to replace fragmented Sage/Microsoft solutions and support future growth.

The Access Group implemented a customised ERP solution (Access Dimensions plus Workflow Forms, TaskCentre, ADM, AOI and Transaction Broker) to unify databases, automate reporting and enable paperless document access. As a result, Adlib reduced manual integrations, gave departments secure self-service access to financial data, streamlined approvals and cut transaction-handling time—supporting growth from roughly £3m to £11m turnover with the same finance headcount and simpler audit processes.
