Total Legal Solutions, a Sheffield-based costs and claims provider serving the Insurance and Legal sectors, faced rapid growth (from 4 employees to 13 full‑time and 24 self‑employed in 18 months) and needed to centralise processes, speed up case handling, onboard staff from different firms, and move toward paperless file transfer with clients already using Access Legal.
