The Norfolk Hospice, a specialist palliative care charity, had limited knowledge and resources to complete the complex Google Ad Grants application and make use of AdWords to promote local events. Access Group provided a trial of its Google Ad Grants application and ongoing grant management service to help the Hospice get started and maintain the grant.
Access Group implemented the grant application and managed the Google Ads campaign, boosting search visibility (including top placement for a local 10k run) and driving traffic to the site. The Norfolk Hospice saw a 113% increase in page views and a rise in average monthly online income from under £3,500 to over £8,000 (a £4,699 / 136% uplift), along with increased event sign‑ups.
