A Access Group Case Study
The Bobath Centre is a London-based charity that supports children with cerebral palsy and employs 25 staff to care for around 300 children a year. Faced with a slow, error-prone paper-based time-off system that required managers to sign multiple forms and administrators to manually record leave, the charity sought a remote, web-based solution and selected Access Group’s aCloud TeamSeer to modernise absence management.
Access Group implemented aCloud TeamSeer, replacing paperwork with an online absence management tool and providing fast, responsive support during rollout. As a result, the decision-making cycle for approving leave has been significantly reduced, managers have a clear overview of who’s off when, the administrative burden and paperwork have been eliminated, and productivity and cost-efficiency have improved.
