The Beatles Story, the world’s largest permanent exhibition dedicated to The Beatles, needed a more robust till and business system to support rapid expansion across admissions, retail, catering and events. To meet this challenge the attraction selected Access Group’s Access Gamma (Gamma LeisurePOS) solution to replace its legacy tills and provide integrated tools for ticketing, bookings and back‑office operations.

Access Group implemented a fully integrated Access Gamma system—including Admissions & Ticketing, Bookings & Event Management, Retail POS with Stock Control, integrated card processing and reporting—delivering an end‑to‑end visitor journey and real‑time management information. The solution reduced administration, streamlined multi‑site stock and sales management, and provided powerful reporting (visitor analysis, spend per head, PO processing); as a result The Beatles Story now supports multiple outlets, serves visitors from over 80 countries and is positioned for its seventh consecutive record‑breaking year.
