Smooth Law develops bespoke client journey with Access Legal's Practice Management Software solution

Smooth Law is a modern, paperless claimant law firm founded in 2015 that needed a flexible, scalable case management platform to support bespoke client journeys, rapid onboarding and in‑house development. To meet those needs they chose Access Group’s Access Legal Practice Management Software (including Proclaim, SecureDocs, FileView and TouchPoint) to replace manual processes and enable digital client communications and tracking.

Using Access Group’s Access Legal solution, Smooth Law implemented the out‑of‑the‑box Personal Injury system, built a bespoke Holiday Sickness case type and used the Option Images, SecureDocs, FileView and TouchPoint tools to automate client journeys and self‑service. The result: over 1,000 live claims in the system, same‑day onboarding in many cases (initial enquiry to client by lunchtime), reduced paperwork and faster claim progression, improved client transparency and lower staff overheads — all delivered using Access Group’s platform.
