Publicis improves client relations with eff ective absence management

Publicis Group UK, a creative agency of about 450 employees, faced a dated, paper-based holiday and sickness process that created duplicate records, constant queries about remaining leave and heavy administrative burden. To modernise absence management they worked with Access Group to deploy aCloud TeamSeer (TeamSeer) to replace manual forms and centralise leave tracking.

Access Group’s TeamSeer gave managers immediate visibility, automated holiday requests, enabled online unpaid-leave applications, improved reporting and allowed Publicis to manage sickness more proactively (including using the Bradford Factor). The system reduced paper admin, improved resource planning and removed risks from overlapping absences; Access Group notes TeamSeer can cut admin time by up to 85% and many customers see absence fall by up to 25%, while Publicis reports noticeably better planning and more targeted sickness management.
