Primavera, a Somerset-based contract manufacturer of skincare with over 25 years’ experience, faced a surge in work and clients while relying on multiple software programs and spreadsheets that made reporting slow, unreliable and hard to manipulate. To centralise and structure their data they chose Access Group’s ERP solution, Access Supply Chain, to replace Sage Line 50 and give clearer, faster access to operational information.

Working with an Access consultant, Primavera implemented Access Supply Chain (going live four months after ordering) and used features like phantom parts for wastage, MRP and integrated reporting to automate processes. The Access Group solution automated stock movements and WIP accounting, enabled batch invoicing to save staff time, and delivered fast, accurate reports on jobs, costs and production — improving visibility, highlighting shortages sooner and supporting better decision-making.
