Pasta Concepts, a frozen-pasta supplier to retailers across the UK, Ireland and continental Europe, was outgrowing a basic accounting system as regulation, facility expansion and bespoke product development added complexity. To gain better visibility, traceability and resource planning they selected Access Group’s Access ERP to replace disparate systems and manual processes.

Access Group implemented Access ERP to centralise NPD documentation, integrate barcoding and stock/warehousing data, and add MRP and Item Definition functionality for faster product configuration and planning. The solution delivered real‑time end-to-end traceability (previously hours to retrieve, now a click), improved lead‑time certainty and margins on new business, and reduced manual work—cutting overheads by 10% so far (with a potential 20% saving).
