Pacson Valves boosts on-time delivery performance with Access Orchestrate Planning & Scheduling

Pacson Valves, a Dundee-based manufacturer of bespoke, high-integrity valves for the oil and gas industry, faced unreliable on-time delivery and manual planning processes that relied on a physical planning board. Seeking improved visibility, ERP integration and the ability to plan capacity and scenarios, Pacson Valves selected Access Group’s Orchestrate production planning and scheduling software to replace its outdated systems.

Access Group implemented Access Orchestrate, delivering an online drag-and-drop Gantt board, day-to-day scheduling, capacity management and what-if scenario planning that integrated with Pacson’s ERP.
