Foulger Transport, a Norfolk-based family-owned haulage and warehousing business operating 60 trucks and an 80,000 sq ft warehouse, needed to replace its paper-based warehouse processes after expanding into state-of-the-art storage to drive growth. The company selected Access Group and its Access Delta warehouse management system, asking for a rapid deployment to be in place within three weeks.

The quick implementation improved stock-location accuracy, reduced labour costs and boosted customer service; Foulger says the warehouse is “certainly more productive,” expects Access Delta to pay for itself in 18 months, and continues to score 96%+ in customer audits such as P&G.
