MULTIWOOD harnesses Access Delta Rapid in new deal for ambitious growth plans

Multiwood, a leading UK specialist in Italian kitchen doors and accessories, needed a fast, reliable software solution to support rapid growth while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational reliability. To meet these needs it partnered with Access Group and selected the Access Delta Rapid warehouse management solution to streamline processes, reduce manual work and enable planned expansion.

Access Group implemented Access Delta Rapid in a seven-week rollout, integrating it with Multiwood’s Pegasus Opera back office and DX courier systems to provide real-time visibility, traceability and RF scanning for a paperless warehouse. The solution removed duplicate data entry, minimised human error, enabled live four‑wall inventory and faster order fulfilment, delivering measurable time and cost savings and helping Multiwood scale operations while improving customer service.
