McGinley Group, founded in 2010 and experiencing rapid growth (68.3% CAGR), was struggling with evolving legislation and compliance, limited and time-consuming reporting, and inefficient payroll processing as it scaled across construction, healthcare, aviation and education. To support its £150m business and 120 employees, McGinley selected Access Group and deployed its recruitment platform (Access Recruitment CRM, Access Pay and Bill and Safe Financials) to tackle those pain points.

Access Group implemented an integrated front- and back-office solution that automated reporting, compliance and payroll processes. As a result, payroll processing time dropped from five to two days (one payroll scaled from 300 to 2,400 workers), reporting became more reliable with far less manual intervention, candidate auto-matching sped up placements, and overall errors and re-keying were significantly reduced—freeing the team to focus on analysis and growth.
