Atkins Dellow, a newly formed 30‑user Suffolk law firm spun out of Atkins Thomson, needed a hosted case and business management system with fully integrated legal accounting and secure client communications to hit the ground running — a requirement made urgent when their planned April 2020 launch coincided with the COVID‑19 lockdown. They selected Access Cloud and Access Legal Software (with MyLegalSpace client portal and SafeChat) provided via DPS and supported by the Access Group.

Access Group delivered a cloud‑hosted solution combining Access Legal’s CMS and integrated accounts, rapid remote training via MS Teams, and secure client apps; Atkins Dellow went live on schedule despite the lockdown and, three weeks after launch, all users were working remotely without issue. The integration eliminated paper and duplicate data entry, kept fee earners and accounts productive, and provided immediate business continuity throughout the pandemic.
