Josiah Hincks Solicitors, a Leicester-based law firm founded in 1927, needed a way to manage rapid growth (expanding from three to five branches) without tying partners and staff up in IT administration. Having implemented Access Legal Case Management & Legal Accounts in 2016, they decided to move to a hosted, cloud-based model to avoid maintaining onsite servers and to gain stronger security, GDPR compliance and dedicated support from Access Group.

The migration let all 50 users work from home within two days with almost no downtime, helped make the end of March one of their most successful months, and boosted DPS Mobile adoption among dictating staff from one-third to 100%, improving productivity and reporting visibility.
