HubBox is an American‑inspired street‑food group founded in 2003 that has grown to eight sites across the South West with ambitions to expand further. Faced with paper-based processes, limited real‑time data and the need to free managers from back‑office tasks while scaling, HubBox engaged the Access Group to build on their existing Access EPoS by implementing Access People and Access Procure Wizard from Access Hospitality.
The Access Group delivered an integrated suite that provided real‑time stock and sales data, electronic employee records, automated procurement and labour workflows, and easier menu engineering. As a result HubBox reports a 5% increase in gross profit since 2018, an estimated two full days saved per week for managers, tighter stock control, improved purchasing and faster onboarding — all helping teams spend more time with customers and driving measurable operational gains.
