Opus Recruitment Solutions, a global tech recruitment supplier, needed to scale operations while managing candidate and client data, payroll, reporting and compliance across multiple countries. To address these challenges they partnered with Access Group and deployed Access RDB to centralise their recruitment processes and information.

Access Group’s Access RDB became the agency’s single hub for candidate/client registration, reporting and an automated timesheet/payroll portal, freeing staff from manual tasks and improving forecasting. As a result Opus has grown from around 30 to nearly 275 people across four countries, manages some 600–700 contractors on the system, and reports “massive” cost savings and ROI from the Access Group solution.
