Blue Arrow Care is a small home‑care provider (about 17 clients in their own homes in 2018) that struggled to choose the right scheduling and rostering system while needing to improve client safety, visibility of services, compliance and responsiveness. Access Group implemented People Planner - community with supported onboarding and ongoing help, introducing electronic monitoring (telephone sign‑in/out), real‑time scheduling visibility and auditability and plans to integrate Access Care Planning to go fully paperless. The change delivered measurable benefits: at least £150 saved per month, faster audits, improved training oversight, and positive regulator feedback — a CQC overall rating of Good with Outstanding for Responsiveness — helping Blue Arrow Care improve safety and responsiveness.
