How Access finance software helped Anthology streamline their financial processes and facilitate rapid company growth

Anthology, a London-based property developer, replaced a manual, spreadsheet-driven finance system that made reporting, data visibility and post-acquisition integration difficult. To address these challenges they adopted the Access Finance and Accounting software suite from Access Group to provide a single, scalable finance platform and replace error-prone manual processes.

Access Group implemented its Finance and Accounting solutions (and are extending Anthology onto Access Workspace for Making Tax Digital), consolidating data in a single database, automating inputs and rolling the system out across commercial teams with training and support. As a result Anthology moved away from spreadsheets, produces dynamic reports “at the click of a button,” saved staff time, and can add entities quickly to scale with growth (now a team of around 40) — demonstrable improvements in efficiency and reporting driven by Access Group’s solution.
