Hendy Group, a long-established motor trade business with 644 employees and franchises for Ford, Mazda, Kia, Honda, Iveco and others, faced inefficient, manual HR processes—absence was tracked on spreadsheets and managers struggled to collate data or report on turnover, leavers and joiners.
