Hallmark Care Homes, which operates 19 care homes housing over 1,450 residents, needed to replace time‑consuming paper records with a digital system that would improve accuracy, capture care at the point of delivery, and provide active alerts to trends and KPIs and easy access to management reports. To address this, Hallmark chose Access Group and its solutions, including Access Medication Management (in partnership with Boots pharmacy) and Access Care & Clinical.

Access Group implemented a multi‑phased rollout of Access Medication Management and Access Care & Clinical, with two homes already live and a further four scheduled for phase 2. The vendor’s integrated, easy‑to‑use tools have reduced manual paperwork, improved the quality of management information for audits and oversight, and freed staff time for resident care; Hallmark report positive user feedback and smooth data upload and Go‑Live support from Access Group’s implementation team.
