Harvey's Brewery, a family-owned brewer and fine wine merchant that also operates 49 pubs, was struggling with a legacy order processing and sales invoicing system that couldn't cope with the very large number of orders concentrated in short windows. Financial controller George Glass needed a reliable, scalable finance and order-processing solution to improve stock control and purchasing processes while supporting rapid same-week order cycles.
