Albumedix needed to replace an overcomplicated finance system and complete the change within a six‑month transition following a management buyout. They selected Access Group’s Access Financial Management Suite (including Making Tax Digital and Access Approve modules) after an internal recommendation to provide a single, integrated finance, sales, orders, purchase orders and inventory solution.
Access Group implemented the integrated Access Financial Management Suite with Workspace access, training and Customer Success Manager–led customisations (for example, purchase‑order validation to stop bad nominal codes). The result was faster, more accurate processing, significant time savings (one finance user reduced her hours while covering more areas), higher user adoption within a month, and clearer reporting — the nominal ledger was simplified from roughly 2,000 potential lines to about 200 — helping Albumedix do more in less time.
