Erskine Care Homes supports ex-servicemen and women across four care homes and a Veterans Village in Scotland and needed a quick-to-implement, fully integrated care and medication management system to deliver person-focused records, streamline multi-disciplinary communication, and improve governance across multiple sites. The Access Group implemented its online care-management and mobile point-of-care solution, letting staff update records at the bedside, share real-time information across carers, nurses, advanced practitioners and external services, and manage medication end-to-end.
