Countywide Carers, an Oxfordshire homecare provider rated Outstanding by the CQC, needed to increase efficiency, reduce back-office costs and ensure visit compliance. Founder Heidi Kennedy had been frustrated with a limited scheduling system that caused clashes, wrong carer assignments and excessive administrative work, so she selected care management software from the Access Group to provide an integrated solution.
