Jefferies Solicitors, a UK personal injury firm operating from Altrincham and Hanley, needed a practice management solution that would standardise working practices across the firm while preserving the ability of fee earners to deliver personalised client service. After a selection process they chose Access Group’s Access Legal Proclaim practice management software to meet these needs.

Access Group implemented Access Legal Proclaim (supplemented by Eclipse’s CaseViewer) to give fee earners live, location-independent access to cases and to store all client and claim information centrally. As a result Jefferies now operates as a paperless office with every document scanned and automatically filed in case histories, improving case visibility for staff and reducing paper usage; future plans to add Eclipse’s TouchPoint aim to further boost client self-service and transparency.
