Carefound Home Care, a Yorkshire-based provider of specialist elderly care, needed to move beyond manual, Excel-based processes to reliably manage staff rotas, client planning and quality assurance while supporting independent living. They selected Access People Planner - community from Access Group to provide the rostering, care planning and back-office functionality required.

Access Group implemented People Planner - community to automate rostering, invoicing, payroll and quality processes, replacing paper systems and reducing admin. As a result Carefound can run four weeks of payroll and invoicing “at the click of a button,” know within 15 minutes if a carer hasn’t arrived, and has built digital QA processes that helped secure an “Outstanding” CQC rating; they’ve also cut admin time, moved recruitment online and are progressing to a paperless office.
