Breast Cancer Haven, the UK charity supporting women through breast cancer, was stuck with an outdated, hard-to-update, non–mobile-first website that redirected donors to third-party platforms. Access Group delivered a clean, vibrant site with fully integrated donation functionality and responsive appeal management; as a result Breast Cancer Haven reported a ten-fold increase in annual online donations to £50,000 in the first 12 months, about a 48% rise in unique visitors and a 50% increase in page views, while staff can now update the site and launch campaigns themselves.
