Beritaz Care operates four nursing and residential homes with 130 beds across Surrey and Hampshire. The organisation struggled with a disjointed paper-based system that made it difficult to get a transparent, consistent view of performance and to manage care standards across sites, so they chose Access Group’s Care and Clinical software to replace manual processes.

Access Group implemented Care and Clinical across all four homes, introducing point-of-care tablet documentation, electronic care plans, customizable forms and real-time management reporting. The change saved each nurse or carer up to six hours per week (equating to about 12 hours a day for a 35‑bed home), eliminated much duplication (previously 20+ forms per resident), improved accuracy and accountability, and gave managers 24/7 remote visibility to drive better risk management and care outcomes.
