Marks & Clerk is an international patent and trademark attorney firm with 200 UK-based staff that needed to keep teams fully resourced, reduce the cost of sick leave and enable employees to log time off while out of the office. The Access Group delivered a web-based, mobile-accessible TeamSeer self-service portal integrated with Access payroll so staff and managers can log and approve absence remotely and track absence costs via reporting dashboards.
