Global Brands Group, a brand extension and licensing company with over 3,000 employees across 50 locations, faced unreliable, paper-based and inaccessible absence systems that obscured holiday entitlements, made pay calculations for leavers risky, and left the business without clear sickness data. To address this, they adopted the Access Group’s aCloud TeamSeer absence-management software.
The Access Group implemented aCloud TeamSeer starting with a 50-user pilot and rolled it out company-wide; the web-based, intuitive system required little training and gave HR and managers visibility into holiday balances and Bradford Factor scoring. As a result, Global Brands Group now manages holiday carryover quickly, better analyses absence trends, has reduced sickness absence through Bradford Factor monitoring, improved manager–team relationships, and increased payroll accuracy.
