Positive Internet, a UK-based green web hosting company, partnered with Accent Design to develop a new microsite that would showcase their sustainable hosting services. The challenge was to create a visually rich, animated website that also maintained exceptional performance, a minimal carbon footprint, and full accessibility, all while educating visitors on the benefits of green hosting.

Accent Design developed a highly optimized static site using efficient coding practices and green hosting on Positive Internet's own servers. The solution successfully balanced rich animations with performance, resulting in a homepage that produces only 0.15g of CO2 per view, loads in 0.2 seconds, and achieved perfect 100% scores across all Google Lighthouse categories, including Performance and Accessibility. This project by Accent Design powerfully demonstrated that high-design and eco-friendly web development can go hand-in-hand.
