Shamrock Cold Storage needed to launch quickly to support Aqua Star-Canada’s tight deadline for consolidating freezer storage and distribution in the Toronto area. The system was operational by January 30, first receivings began February 7, billing started February 13, and outbound orders shipped February 15, helping Shamrock process about 100 truckloads at startup while maintaining accurate inventory, FIFO control, and flexible customer billing.
