Saint-Hilaire, a Montreal-based importer and distributor of high-end fashion brands, was struggling with a paper-heavy, manual warehouse operation that made it hard to track inventory, locate SKUs, and keep up with fast-changing customer demand. Using AccellosOne Warehouse Management System from Accellos, the company needed to reduce receiving time, speed order preparation, and improve inventory accuracy to better serve its 500 retail customers.
