Snell Packaging, a New Zealand stationery and packaged goods distributor with five warehouses, needed a warehouse management solution that could integrate with Microsoft Great Plains without disrupting operations or requiring heavy training. The company turned to Accellos and its HighJump Warehouse product to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory visibility, and customer service as order volumes grew.

Accellos implemented HighJump Warehouse in Snell Packaging’s Auckland warehouse, enabling near real-time data flow with Great Plains and RF barcode scanning across warehouse operations. The results were strong: order volume rose 11% with no increase in personnel, floor staff picked 28% more orders, inventory integrity reached 99.9%, backorders fell by almost 15%, and order errors dropped below 5%.
