Kintetsu World Express (Canada), Inc., a logistics provider serving Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, needed a faster, more user-friendly, web-based dispatching system to replace a basic tool that was slow, hard to search, and offered little room for growth. The company evaluated several options and chose Accellos’s ProphesySeries OnDemand, along with related modules, to improve operations and customer service.

Accellos implemented ProphesySeries OnDemand with online training, video tutorials, and later added the Carrier version, PC*Miler interface, Prophesy TaxTally, and Track and Trace upgrades. The result was quicker rate searching and dispatching, improved productivity across dispatching, document exchange, and customer tracing, plus easy access to document imaging; Kintetsu said the system made business easier and gave customers more flexibility.
