Kendall Hunt, a major educational book publisher, was struggling to manage a highly complex warehouse with thousands of titles, seasonal order spikes, and too much manual handling. Its older warehouse software could not scale, and the company needed a system that would integrate with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and support future growth, including potential 3PL services.

Accellos implemented the AccellosOne Warehouse Management System, tightly integrated with Dynamics NAV and shipping software, during a four-month off-season window. The new solution eliminated duplicate handling and pre-labeling, enabled on-the-fly cycle counting and hard inventory allocation, and supported order grouping and multiple-order picking. As a result, Kendall Hunt saved 10 hours of production time per week, shipped more orders same day, and gained the capabilities needed to expand into third-party logistics.
