Partner XXI Kleks, a Polish stationery and office supplies company, needed a true warehouse management system to replace manual, loosely organized processes that were causing slow order fulfillment, inventory errors, and high overtime costs across its two Torun warehouses. Accellos implemented a centralized AccellosOne Warehouse Management System that connected both warehouses through wireless terminals, barcode scanning, and a custom ERP interface, while also reworking warehouse layouts and standardizing processes. The results were immediate: order volume rose 40%, fill rates improved about 30%, overtime was eliminated, short shipments fell to about 5% of items ordered, and Partner XXI Kleks estimated profitability and revenue gains of up to 10% after six months.
