Hampton Products, a fast-growing international manufacturer and distributor with more than 10,000 SKUs, had outgrown its legacy Macola ERP/WMS environment. As double-digit growth and acquisitions increased warehouse complexity, the company needed a more efficient system to handle receiving, picking, shipping, labeling, compliance, and inventory control.

Accellos implemented AccellosOne Warehouse Management System, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, to automate and streamline warehouse operations with RF and barcode-directed processes. The result was a faster, more paperless operation that printed 85% less paper in shipping, improved FIFO and order allocation, and enabled Hampton Products to do more with the same staff; after go-live, the company even handled more orders than any day in its history and was caught up within days.
