ASKO, a leading wood materials distributor in the Czech Republic, was struggling with growing warehouse volumes that created bottlenecks, errors, and limited traceability in receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. To improve efficiency and accuracy, ASKO turned to Accellos and its AccellosOne Warehouse Management System, implemented by KODYS and integrated with the company’s Helios Green ERP.

Accellos implemented a full warehouse solution including AccellosOne WMS, wireless networking, mobile terminals, and barcode printing. The result was better stock visibility and end-to-end traceability, faster order preparation, and a significant reduction in claims from delivery errors and missing goods. Warehouse processes became more efficient, and ASKO gained a detailed real-time overview of warehouse operations.
